What owners ask first
Yes, when the bank is sized to your unit. A 16,000 BTU marine unit draws about 11 amps at 120 V once it is running, with a short surge at start. We size for that load plus a margin, then show you the math.
With one A/C on a four-battery bank, 8 to 14 hours. Set it to medium on a cooler night and it runs longer. Need more? We add batteries. You get your number in writing.
In most 28 to 45 ft cruisers, yes. We measure your space at the consultation.
We use LiFePO4, a stable lithium chemistry. A battery management system watches every cell. Every install follows ABYC E-13, and you get the paperwork.
We are based in McKinney and install at marinas on Lake Lewisville, Grapevine Lake, and Lake Texoma. [Other lakes pending.]
Spend the next hot night at anchor without the generator.
